We work in a similarly open way within Duke Street. We believe in giving everyone the chance to make a contribution. Everyone is accountable; everyone can be challenged, regardless of seniority. Egos have to get out of the way.

We believe everyone at Duke Street should have the chance to share in our success.

The team committed €26 million to DS VI, our latest 10-year fund. The carried interest scheme for DS VI has 28 participants (so far). No individual holds more than 10%. This broad sharing of incentives is very unusual in our industry.
