By accessing and browsing the pages in the Site, you agree that you have read and accept the following statements, terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
DS means Duke Street LLP, any of its subsidiaries and related companies, and references to the "Site" is to www.dukestreet.com including but not limited to the text, images, links, sounds, graphics and video sequences displayed in the Site (the "Materials").
Any financial data and information contained in the Site is not intended to be used or relied upon for the purposes of making any trading decision or purchasing or other commercial decisions. In relation to any historic share price or other share price information published on the Site, post performance cannot be relied on as a guide to future performance.

Copyright and Trade Marks
The Materials are the copyright of DS and may not be copied, distributed, uploaded, posted, republished, decompiled, disassembled, reverse-engineered or transmitted in any way without the prior, written consent of DS. You can, however, download one copy for you personal non-commercial use within the organisation in which you work on condition that you do not delete or change any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice contained in the Materials nor alter the way in which they are presented. The trade marks, service marks and logo (the "Trade Marks") used and displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered Trade Marks of DS and others.
