For example all our Investment Partners contribute to our investment committee. All members of the Investment team are invited to participate in the investment committee decision making process. There is no monopoly on wisdom.  

Similarly we encourage our Operating Partners to become fully integrated in our business, both as highly valued advisers and as investors in our companies. They also attend relevant investment committee meetings.  

We have developed a very strong bond over many years between our London and Paris offices. Both offices comprise a mix of nationalities to ensure that we maintain a strong international outlook. All of our decisions are made as one team across London and Paris.
