Arun Kaul
While Arun officially joined us in November 2005, he has been with us since April 2004, having spent the interim period on secondment from Swedish PE firm Segulah. At Segulah he worked on the acquisitions of leading HVAC contractor NVS AB and occupation healthcare provider Previa AB. With us, he has been involved in the Burton's Foods and Adelie deals, and the disposals of Esporta and Mr Music. He has also been one of our key deal originators in the Food sector and currently sits on the boards of Adelie and Burton’s Foods.
