Monica Bergvall
Monica joined us in October 2007 from PwC where, as Deal Originator in their Private Equity Relationship team, she managed the relationships of a number of mid-market private equity houses, including Duke Street. Her successes at PwC included building a strong relationship with a private equity house, for whom her deal origination work strongly contributed to a sizeable sales mandate in the leisure sector. She also secured a c. €200m sales mandate of a privately-owned international fashion retailer. Prior to PwC, Monica worked for five years in the Business Intelligence department of SCA, the international hygiene, paper and packaging group. As well as making sure the team stays focused on origination, she has introduced us to a number of interesting companies and CEOs.
