Arun Kaul

While Arun officially joined us in November 2005, he had already been with us since April 2004, having spent the interim period on secondment from Swedish PE firm Segulah. At Segulah he worked on the acquisitions of leading HVAC contractor NVS AB and occupational healthcare provider Previa AB. With us, he has worked on the acquisitions of Burton's Foods and the public to private of Payzone, as well as the disposals of Esporta and Mr Music. He is also one of our key deal originators in the Food and Insurance sectors.
