Jean-Marc Dayan

Jean-Marc joined Duke Street in 2008 as a Partner after nearly eight years with ABN-Amro Corporate Finance and nine years with Calyon (part of Credit Lyonnais). During his time at ABN-Amro he led a 20-strong team, ranked sixth in the French market, and executed more than 20 deals in 2007 alone. A sector specialist in Financial Services and Healthcare, he advised Euronext on a range of deals including the merger with the NYSE and advised Sagard, Barclays PE and Cobalt on the disposal of the Medipartenaire hospital group to LBO France. At Duke Street, Jean-Marc led the acquisition of Biomnis, our specialist medical diagnostic company and the sale of Groupe Proclif, our private hospital group to Australian corporate, Ramsay Healthcare. He graduated from the Sorbonne in 1991 with a Masters in Corporate Finance and Banking.
