Johanna Waterous

Johanna spent over 20 years with McKinsey & Company, where she co-led the firm’s European Retail and Global Consumer Marketing Practices. She holds an H.B.Sc. from the University of Western Ontario in her native Canada and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Johanna is now a Non-Executive Director of RSA Insurance Plc and WM Morrisons Plc, where she chairs the Remuneration Committee. Since 2007, Johanna has been a venture capital investor and coach to several small companies. She is an Operating Partner of Global Leisure Partners, advising on transactions in the retail arena. In the not-for-profit sector, Johanna is a Trustee of the Kew Foundation and on the business board of the Royal Horticultural Society, and was previously Chairman of Tate Enterprises.
