We provide our companies with intensive resourcing. Our integrated approach means 18 investment executives and 9 operating partners supporting 14 companies; not many buyout houses can claim this level of resource to help our companies grow at pace. We make sure our investment team is big enough and has the right skills to accelerate the growth of all our companies. We maintain a compact portfolio of investments to ensure each company gets the right level of resource.
