Our portfolio / We invest in companies headquartered in France and the UK, although many of our companies also operate in other countries. We invest in companies with an enterprise value of between €50 and €300 million and are established businesses. Our investments are majority holdings. We are in the business of transforming companies in a way that can only be achieved by holding a controlling stake, whilst providing managers with the freedom to manage. We deliberately keep our portfolio compact to ensure the businesses are given the appropriate level of resource to achieve maximum value.
